Lersso 1.6

A little help, when you need it.

Start here for Records, Local AI, iCloud, subscriptions, exports and permissions.

Contact support

Email support@lersso.com. Include the Lersso version, device model, OS version, language, a short description and steps to reproduce the issue.

Send a screenshot or diagnostic only if you choose, and review it first. Do not send passwords, passcodes, payment details or private Records that are not needed. Support is provided by Oleh Hoshovskyi in Ohio, United States.

Create a Record and find it again

Start from a capture action or the plus button, then use Add something to keep text, a photo, a document, voice, video or a place together. Open Library to return to Records; use Favorites and Collections to organize them.

Learn by Doing guides you through real actions. Skip it when you like, and use Replay Tour in Settings to return. Search helps find saved information; Ask is a separate, optional Pro capability with additional requirements.

Before relying on a capture

Check permissions and available storage, then reopen an important photo, recording or document to confirm that it saved correctly. Interruptions or incompatible files can prevent complete capture or playback. In-app video recording is currently limited to 30 seconds. Keep the original until you have checked the imported copy.

Obtain the recording and sharing permissions required where you and other participants are located. A device’s microphone permission is not consent from the people recorded. Recording responsibilities.

Local AI and Possible Matches

First check device eligibility. On a supported, enabled build, use the download offer in Ask or Local AI in Settings. Installation needs a connection, consent, Pro and sufficient free storage.

If setup is interrupted, check your connection and storage, then use the offered Retry action. Do not delete your Library to fix a model download. Remove the model through Local AI when you want to recover model storage; originals stay in the Library.

Possible Matches are candidates. Open the photo to check it. A missing match does not prove an object or scene is absent from your Library.

Indexing and inference use battery, storage and memory. Low Power Mode or thermal conditions may defer work. A device can be eligible without every configuration having identical performance. AI accuracy and reliance limitations.

Ask, Summary and Action Items

Check OS and Apple Intelligence support, enabled settings, language, system model readiness and Pro access. These features are not available on every device that can run the notebook.

Ask this Event focuses on a Record; Ask Lersso works across the Library. Review the cited material and original source. Ask may return limited source information or say it cannot establish an answer. It should not replace professional judgment.

OCR, transcription and translation

For OCR, use sharp, well-lit text without glare. Recognition errors are possible; compare extracted text with the original.

Speech and translation depend on supported languages and Apple resources. Transcription may use Apple’s network speech service when the on-device path is unavailable. If a tool is unavailable, check permissions, language resources and connectivity.

iCloud synchronization

Use the same Apple Account on your devices, allow Lersso access to iCloud, and check network access and available iCloud storage. Turn on sync in Lersso and use Sync Now where offered. Changes can take time to appear.

Do not delete a local Record as a troubleshooting step. Sync may propagate deletions. Turning sync off does not itself erase information already stored in iCloud.

Export, Backup & Restore

Use original-file export for source media. Pro adds professional PDF reports and Complete Packages. Review what an export contains before sharing it.

Backup & Restore creates a portable Library backup. Choose a backup from Files, review its preview, then use Restore as Copy. Restore adds copies instead of replacing existing Records and Collections. Keep the backup until you have verified the restored content.

Allow enough free space for source, temporary and restored data. Keep an independent backup of important material. iCloud sync is not a substitute for an independent backup.

Save independent copies outside the device before uninstalling or replacing it. Recently Deleted cannot recover every loss. A backup can be rejected if it is incomplete, changed or from an unsupported format; do not edit it to bypass checks. Restoring the same backup again may be refused to prevent duplicate copies.

Portable backups are not password-encrypted by Lersso. Choose a protected destination and verify the restored media before deleting any backup. Do not send a whole backup to support for routine troubleshooting. Data and recovery limitations.

Pro, cancellation and refunds

Prices, periods and eligible introductory offers are shown by Apple before purchase. Manage or cancel at Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions → Lersso. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Use Restore Purchases in Lersso with the Apple Account that made the purchase. Existing Records and saved Pro results remain readable after Pro ends; new Pro processing may no longer be available.

Apple: cancel a subscription · Apple: request a refund. Eligibility and consumer rights depend on your location. Read subscription terms.

If purchase status has not updated, reconnect and use Restore Purchases with the purchasing Apple Account. Offline access uses available verified StoreKit information; it is not unlimited offline entitlement. Do not uninstall or delete Records to troubleshoot billing. Price changes and refund rights follow Apple’s applicable terms and consumer law.

Permissions and deletion

Review Camera, Photos, Microphone, Speech Recognition, Location, Calendar and Reminders permissions in iOS Settings as relevant to the feature. Permissions are not all needed to use a simple text Record.

Use Recently Deleted for eligible deleted Records while they remain recoverable. Permanent deletion removes that recovery option. Exports, backups, and copies in other apps must be managed separately. Uninstalling does not necessarily delete iCloud data or cancel Pro.
